Anand Sundar Raj C

Anand is an Engineer by Qualification with 21 years of experience in Recruitment, Sales, Operations and Heading Business.

Anand has been in the industry for long and appreciates the changing models in the Indian staffing industry. His most recent experience with Adecco India was for 14 Years for various leadership roles where he helped the building of the organization in India.

Shobhit Agarwal

CFO/COO

Shobhit has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of finance, general management, operations, procurement, infrastructure, project management, insurance consulting and investment banking. Prior to joining Manipal, he has been associated with Infosys and other corporates and has held senior positions in Finance, Procurement and Infrastructure. Shobhit is a key leader in the team helping the company to achieve its growth & differentiation objectives. Shobhit is an all India rank holding Chartered Accountant, a Gold Medalist Company Secretary and Chartered Financial Analyst (CA, CS & CFA).

Bharath Vasudevan

Chief Business Innovation & Transformation Officer

Bharath has primary responsibility for driving innovation in services and solution offerings across the organization and heads the Yoho business, sales & marketing, quality, training and international business for MIS. He has significant experience in leadership roles across global organizations such as Infosys, Accenture and Dell and has held direct P&L responsibilities for several large portfolios. He also partnered with leading Fortune 500 companies to drive large and complex projects with diverse stakeholders across the globe and has helped drive efficiency and effective enhancement initiatives across these organizations.

Bharath is a metallurgical engineer from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He is also a CPIM and a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS.

Anita Verghese

MD Golden Star

Anita Verghese is the Managing Director of Golden Star Facilities & Services Pvt. Ltd. She started her career with the Taj hotels in 1987. She has more than 27 years of experience in hospitality sector and was the principal of a catering college affiliated to Osmania University in Hyderabad before embarking on her journey with Golden Star. Golden Star was set up by her in the year 1998 as a sole proprietor concern with Oracle as the anchor client.

She is an active guest lecturer on entrepreneurship and facility management. A case study on Golden Star was featured at Harvard Business School and the Indian School of Business. Her strong relationship management skills, people management skills and experience in the various housekeeping businesses has helped her scale the business to a national level.

She holds a degree in hotel management.

Manish Kumar Anand

Head of Human Resources

Manish has over 16 years of rich experience in Strategic HRM, Generalist HR, Organizational Development and People Management.

He has been associated with the Manipal Group for over 6 years and has led & managed HR for the different businesses including Malaysia & Singapore. Prior to joining MIS, he has worked with Apollo Hospitals, Air Deccan, Jet Air, Transport Corporation of India, etc. Manish carries a wide experience in learning from various industries like Aviation, Health Care & Education, Retail and Manufacturing.

He holds an M.B.A in HRD from Devi Ahilya University, Indore and Diploma in HRD from Academy of HRD, Ahmedabad.

Ritesh Rai

Group Head- Marketing & Business Development

Ritesh has 20 years of rich experience in the field of marketing, brand strategizing, business development, CRM, event management, PR & retail for brands & campaigns in India & overseas.

Prior to joining MIS, Ritesh was associated with Imagine Communications, Mumbai as Vice President. He had also been associated with organizations like Ozone Group as the group president (FMCG), GMT -Genesis Modern Trade, Mercureal Inc., Indian Express Group, Percept Group, Ogilvy & Mather Advertising, and Ericsson JTM.

Ritesh spearheaded the marketing plans and carried out various initiatives for a wide range of brands across all sectors. He has also served as a visiting faculty at the Event Management Development Institute (EMDI) and other management institutions.

Sachin Mehta

Head- Sales

Sachin brings with him significant experience in the areas of business development, customer relationship management, product management, strategic business alliances and partnerships across start-ups, turnarounds and businesses in exponential growth phase. He has won several annuity contracts across a variety of lines of businesses in his current and previous tenures. He has been associated with various industries ranging from BPO and banking to printing solutions. Prior to joining Manipal, Sachin was associated with Printo, ING Vysya Bank & India Life Hewitt.

Sachin holds a post graduate degree in business management from T A Pai Management Institute, Manipal.

Edwin Castelino

Business Head- Chef on Wheels

Edwin Castelino is an industry veteran with over twenty years of experience in hospitality and culinary services. He started his career with the Taj group of hotels with subsequent stints at Sarovar Park Plaza & Angasana Resorts in different geographies covering Chennai, Ooty, Goa, Bangalore & the Middle East.

He has been with the Manipal Group for over 9 years and was one of the founding members of Chef on Wheels, the catering unit of Manipal Integrated Services. Edwin holds a bachelor’s degree and an executive MBA with specialization in operations management.

Col Mohan Singh

Business Head- MES

Col Mohan Singh (retd.) has a vast experience in the armed force, dealing with general administration, security, training & development, facilities management, human resource development and crisis management. He is a keen golfer and an ardent sportsman, thus he imbibes the values of team spirit and responsibility within our security services set up to ensure smooth operations.

In his present role, he leads an organization of security personnel deployed across various sites in India. They deal in a multitude of operations comprising of administration, security, electronic surveillance, access control, client relationships, technology and innovation, explore new businesses and expand the existing ones. He is also responsible to develop and implement security policy and procedures in line with specific requirements of location, facility and local environment.

Shreekant Bhoot

Head– Finance

Shreekant has an intense exposure into the finance and accounting landscape across various organizations. Prior to joining Manipal, he was associated with Jindal, L.G Electronics, Dish-TV & Infosys Ltd.

Shreekant has more than 15+ years of experience in the areas of accounts, taxation, mergers, effective cost management and formulating business partnering strategies. He is a CA & CS by qualification.

Aman Minocha

Head- Training

He has over 18 years of rich experience in operations, training and development across diverse hospitality segments.

Prior to joining MIS, Aman was associated with KFC Restaurants, Gurgaon. He has also worked with UEI Global, New Delhi and Taj Group of Hotels, New Delhi, Jaipur, Goa, Mumbai and Chennai.

Given his varied experience in hotels, fast food chains, hospitality & retail sector, he has been instrumental in designing and delivering a wide range of management & vocational skills training programs for the hospitality & service industry. He has successfully implemented knowledge management initiatives, designed training delivery tools and devised various training methodologies leveraging numerous learning platforms.

Aman Minocha holds a degree in hospitality management from University of Huddersfield U.K, did his diploma in Hotel Management from IIHM, Aurangabad and PGDBA from SCDL, Pune. Aman did the 'Train the Trainer' program at Hotel School, The Hague, Netherlands.
