- Ensure effective online food safety Management Process .Update and Share Relevant documents periodically- Daily , weekly, fortnightly and monthly reports.
- Ensure team members involved get adequate training on food safety on weekly basis.
- Monitor personal hygiene pest control, raw material, quality inspection , storage practices, measures regularly.
- Conducting food adulteration analysis from a accredited agency.
- Ensure all GMP's are practiced in spirit everyday.
- HACCP plan and implementation
- Assist in validation and verification procedures as food safety and validation team member.
- Should know & comply to all the statutory requirements local /fire /Employee safety.
- Should be in sync with ISO certification requirements and implement the same.
- To Coordinate with QC at HQ in implementing SOP and all requirement related to FSMS.
- Conducting hazards analysis and updating HACCP plan and implementation.
- Coordinate with external laboratories at scheduled intervals and get the samples analysed.
- Coordinate with external Laboratories at all scheduled intervals and get Sample analyst.
- Address customer complaints with root cause analysis in coordination with Unit Head & Chef.
- Collection of samples to be collected of daily prepared food on daily basis and stored in specif containers for specific duration (48 hours)
- Daily briefing to be held for each departments KST/Service/Production at different timings.
Education QualificationBSC/MSC- Food Science ,Microbiology, Biotech
- Good on MS Office (Excel & Power point in specific)
- Good on Analytics
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP.
